Actually, it's more like just one "don't". If I might make a suggestion. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT eat Chipotle before filming. Turns out it doesn't make for a pleasant working environment for those around you later in the evening.
On top of this. Do not eat Chipotle and then go to the bathroom the next morning. Apparently, something happens over the course of set lights, and cameras that causes this unnatural processing of the food within the intestines. And this isn't just me speculating, this is some scientific shit. I'm sure there's an article somewhere about it.
On top of THIS. Do not eat Chipotle and then go to the bathroom the next morning at work. You'll be gone for a half hour, you'll come back to a screen of IMs and a missed call. People will wonder where you've been and sometimes if you'd already left for the day. There will be things they wanted done by 9:45am and you were nowhere to be found.
Finally, on top of THIS. Do not eat Chipotle, then go to the bathroom the next morning at work and try to walk back to your desk immediately afterward. Turns out because of the duration and intensity of said session, your legs go numb. At which point you will then proceed to stumble down the hallway back to your desk, one hand on the wall, looking like Bambi on ice. Give yourself some time. Stretch, maybe stand in the stall for a while. Or, just don't eat Chipotle before filming.
